Florida’s newest theme park, Legoland Water Park is up and running since the 26th May. Located opposite the theme park, the water park adds another dimension to Legoland Florida, which opened last autumn.
More than 150.000 liters of water were pumped into the Lego Wave Pool by a friend of the Lego City Volunteer Fire Department. This will be the first wave pool in any Legoland Water Park and will be home to gently rolling waves to please both young and old visitors. The rest of the water park includes attractions such as Duplo Splash Safari and Joker Soaker.
Other attractions within the Legoland Water Park include Lego Wave Pool, a wave pool where families can catch waves big enough for all ages or simply cool off; Twin Chasers – friends ride tubes and water slides intersections with a refreshing pool just below; Splash Out, where the most courageous can climb to the tallest point of the water park attraction and choose from one of three slides, then speed down a 18 meter drop and “splash out” into the water at the end of the drop; Joker Soaker – a fun, interactive playground with diverse lengths, heights and types of slides where guests can wade in the pool and enjoy a torrential spill; Duplo Splash Safari – a water play area with shorter slides and interactive, Duplo creatures
Admission to the water park attraction is included with an all-new Legoland Premium Pass, which offers 12 months admission to Legoland Florida and seasonal access to the Legoland Water Park for just $179 for adults and $149 for children or seniors.
